Cheshire's heating, cooling, and renewable experts.

My HeatPro designs and installs heat pumps, heating and cooling systems for homes across Cheshire. If renewable technology is not the right route yet, we can still help with selected boiler servicing, repairs and practical heating upgrades.

Heat Geek Heat Geek Partner As a Heat Geek installer, My HeatPro is one of a small number of UK companies to complete industry-leading training and prove its skills both on the job and in the design of a heat pump system.

Is a heat pump right for me?

Answer a few quick questions about the property, current heating and timescale, then use those answers to decide whether advice, a survey or another heating route makes sense.

Check my home

Is your home heat pump ready?

Tell us a bit more about your home and your requirements so we can help you to make the best decisions possible.

What type of home are we looking at?

Step 1 of 4. No promises, just a clearer next step.

Book a design consultation

Take a look at some of our recent projects.

Real projects for real customers around Cheshire.

Vaillant aroTHERM plus 3.5kW in Lymm

Lymm, Warrington

My HeatPro surveyed the property, reviewed the radiator and hot water requirements, then planned the installation around the home rather than treating the heat pump as a like-for-like swap.

Gravity fed hot water to unvented conversion

Alsager, Cheshire

My HeatPro carried out a design consultation, checked the heating system and talked through the best route before a proposal was prepared.

Vaillant aroTHERM plus 5kW and Vaillant uniSTOR pure 150L

Sale, Manchester

The design consultation reviewed heat loss, cylinder sizing, emitters, electrical considerations and likely equipment locations.

Some of our customers' most asked questions.

Suitability

Is your Cheshire home ready for a heat pump?

A heat pump is not just an outdoor unit. The survey looks at heat loss, emitters, hot water, controls and how the home is used.

Survey

What happens during a heat pump survey?

The survey is where the proper design work starts: heat loss, radiators, cylinder, controls, access and customer priorities.

Grants

Heat pumps, grants and realistic expectations

Grants can be useful, but they should be handled carefully. The right answer depends on the property and current rules.

Do I need a design consultation before getting a quotation?

Yes, this is the most important stage of all heat pump installations. Without this, you run the risk of an incorrect system design which can cause a multitude of problems. During the design consultation, as well as ensuring a solid system design, we also price your system so we can produce a detailed proposal at the end of the visit.

Will I need new radiators?

Possibly. Some homes need radiator upgrades and some do not. The design consultation checks whether the existing emitters can heat the rooms properly at lower flow temperatures.

Can you guarantee lower bills?

No. Running costs depend on the home, tariff, controls and how the system is used. My HeatPro can design around the property, explain the expected efficiency and show the assumptions before you commit.
